A letter to EU customers about VAT rules

We received the updated news about the EU policy from China post. That is we must declare your VAT before the courier pick up parcels from now on. So if you place a new order on our website www.PenkitsMall.com and choose China post(ePacket or 4PX post/EMS/E-EMS) for the shipment, we have to add the VAT into the order, then send the final PI for your confirmation and payment. When goods arrive in your local, your local customs will deduct VAT from our account directly. You don't need to pay VAT again, it is faster for goods clearance and you could receive the goods more smoothly, kindly take note.
